At Pyramid Bistro, our mission is to provide fresh, nutrient dense food that is organic and locally sourced whenever possible.

We use low heat cooking techniques and grind our own flour to present the most flavorful and healthy food

Our bread and pesto is made fresh daily and is available for purchase, along with our gluten free flax crackers and energy bars.

Here at Pyramid Bistro you are sure to find something to suit your dietary needs. We provide dishes for: macrobiotic, gluten free, raw and vegan. We also serve fish and chicken and pastas for those with less strict dietary needs.

In upholding our philosophy to provide the most naturally produced and environmentally conscious food products, the wines featured in our restaurant represent those wineries practicing bio-dynamic, organic and sustainable farming.
