Dear Editor:

I recently dined at Pyramid Bistro at Explore Booksellers with my brother and sister-in-law who were visiting from Florida. The setting of the Bistro is charming, cheerful, comfortable and very relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our meal would be free, as it was Pyramid Bistro's practice grand-opening.

The food was more than delicious; it was fresh, organic, healthy, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. We could not get enough of their freshly baked whole grain bread, the organic wine was great, and each entree that we tried was completely devoured. We would like to thank Chef Martin Osweld and his staff for the delectable meal and the very pleasant service we received. We wish him the best of luck with his fabulous new restaurant, and look forward to dining there often.

We are so blessed to have such a talented chef in our valley.
